Provider Availability Update

Updating your preferences and availability is easily done by calling us at (415) 243-4477 or email, and provide the following information:

  1. Your complete name.
  2. The days and times you are available for work.
  3. Preferred phone number to reach you.

To keep your status as an active Provider, please update your availability the first week of each month. If you do not keep your availability updated monthly, you will be deactivated, removed from the registry and your name will not be referred to Consumers until you update your availability.

FLSA - Fair Labor Standards Act

Under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FSLA), all IHSS Public Authority Providers are paid at least minimum wage and are entitled to overtime pay.
