from the San Francisco IHSS Public Authority.

Please Note

Starting August 3, 2026, IP/ID Cards will relocate to 1155 Market Street, 4th Floor, San Francisco, CA 94103.
ID cards by appointment only. No exceptions.
New ID cards hours:

Monday: 10:00am - 12:00pm and 1:00pm - 3:00pm
Friday: 10:00am - 12:00pm and 1:00pm - 3:00pm

PPE pick-up is available only to active IHSS providers currently working in San Francisco County. No exceptions.
For your appointment: you must present a valid government issue picture ID card.
