Coronavirus Updates and Actions Posted on March 17, 2020

Dear Consumers, Providers and Community Partners,

In accordance with SF's order to "shelter in place", the Public Authority has made the difficult decision to close our office at 832 Folsom Street until further notice. Our staff will continue to support and maintain communication with Consumers and Providers via phone and email.

All trainings, workshops and Livescan fingerprinting services have been suspended until further notice. In light of the city ordinance about social distancing and limited gatherings, we are working to figure out how best to distribute gloves, masks and antibacterial wipes while protecting the health of our Consumers, Providers and staff. Once we have found a solution we will relay the information through our website and social media outlets.
