Grace Cheng, Registry Counselor
Grace was born in Hong Kong and has lived in Venezuela for 14 years. Currently, she is living with her husband and son in Fremont. She has a great passion for helping people cope with challenges in their lives and making a meaningful impact on our communities. She is fluent in Spanish and Cantonese languages and has a B.A. in Social Work from College of Health & Social Sciences at San Francisco State University. In her free time, she likes to network with friends and spend time with family.


Shakema Straker, Executive Assistant
Shakema was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. She moved to the Bay Area in 2015 and has been living in Oakland for the past year. She has a B.A. in Public Relations from Hofstra University. She is passionate about social justice and building communities. In her free time, Shakema enjoys taking dance classes, hiking and creative writing.
